Please Pray for victims in Kansas shooting

Prayers sent for family of victims-

All over the news here in Wichita; sounds like the first officer on the scene took down the shooter without waiting for backup to arrive. His or her actions saved many lives.

Be thankful for our law enforcement professionals as they put their lives on the line every day.

prayers sent to the unfortunate victims. i'm sure no one in Ks thought this would ever happen there, small rural town.

little town of Miller, Mo pop. 625, a small hardware /gun store, café, and p o. usually 3 vehicles on main street. pull up on the " concealed school" day, and probably 50 cars.

why is it now, these shooters with their "issues" take it all out on innocent people? used to not be that way. they just blew their brains out and called it good??? don't know.

I think a lot of it has to do with how the media glorifies these pricks on a pedestal for all the world to see.

good Lord.. first I have heard of this.. prayers for all involved ..and I pray that we get them before they get us! Be diligent, vigilant and never sit with your back to the door.

Wonder if they had one of those decals on the door with the pistol and the line through it. Always glad to see one of those on any building I enter. Helps to remind me to be on my guard, and that I'm on my own in a targeted area.

guns in this country are not going away, but neither are people with mental illness, and a society in many ways t hat needs some serious changes.

It also happened this week in our small mountain community. Local sheriffs department went to serve a high risk eviction order against an anti-government / police nut. He fired on the them killing one sheriff, wounding two others, one critical before they killed the shooter. I know all the sheriffs involved and had talked to several of them recently. Just doing their jobs and get fired on??? First deputy in our county ever lost in the line of duty, very sad:pale: It can happen anywhere:???:
