I've gotten parts coated in Cosmoline... very thick and really keeps things protected. Maybe a pic of the heads after washing it off would have been a better choice.
 
Those are "seasoned" 302s.
Oh, and he isn't selling them. Otherwise there would be a price listed. He's just bragging.
 
Well teeeecchnically you could just bolt them on, doesnt mean they will work! LOL
 
And they're 302's, not magnum heads. And they aren't big valves either, standard is 1.78/1.50" just like every other 318 LA head.
