Power steering delete is harder yet!
As far as I understand, they never did a PS delete setup on a Magnum. In one of the Magnum builds Ehrenberg did, he couldn't come up with a way to get enough belt wrap on the water pump without the PS pump, so he just plumbed the PS output back into the PS reservoir and hung it off the motor to run the belt around.
I have pictures of a drag truck with no PS pump, but he used undersized pulleys, which made for a little more wrap. I sent Ehrenberg the picture and he didn't think that was enough without the undersized pulleys, and wasn't sure it was good even with them.
So, far as I know, I've never seen a good setup for a PS delete. But I am so far from all-knowing that it isn't funny, so I'm sure there is something.
