No 1st 2nd or 3rd but R works

Well 2 years later and I still have not pulled the Transmission! I have the car in my shop and have lifts so there it no excuse except time and cash! Weather is getting better and I have been moving it in and out. Is it possible the Torque Converter is the issue? I have to do some research on how to do a line pressure test and get the equipment needed for the test.

If it were the converter you'd have no reverse either. The converter spins in only 1 direction so if it pulls in reverse it should pull in drive. The problem is in the trans. More than likely as soon as you drop the pan you'll find a bunch of clutch and band material (mud) in it which will be a sign that it's toast.
