I'm having trouble finding new front brake rotors for my car i have been sent 4 different rotors and they will not fit. I'm not sure if the front hubs are original or not but part no. 63005 centric does not fit ,has anyone else had this problem? I don't know if i need to switch the hubs or not.

1970 Dart Swinger should have 4 piston Kelsey -Hayes calipers on it. If it is a later brake setup, you can tell by the single piston caliper setup. The two systems use different spindles and rotors I believe. Another way to tell is if it is small bolt pattern wheels, it is the original 1970 setup. If it is single piston, large bolt wheels, it is the later setup. You would order disc brake parts for a 1973 dart or later . Also, the hub unbolts from the rotor on the 1970 Dart swinger, it is not a slip-on rotor, you will need an impact wrench and unbolt and swap the hubs. Don't forget grease seals and maybe new wheel bearings also. Good luck

I have the original 4 piston caliper on my car with the small bolt circle wheels. The problem I'm having is the new rotors i have ordered have, the bolt holes for the wheel studs are to big, and the hubs hit inside the rotors and can not be pressed in place. The original rotors do not have the machining that the new ones do.All I know is that the new rotors won"t fit
