833 o/d tail shaft housing swap

I need to swap a new tail shaft housing onto my od trans. Other than unbolting it is there anything else that needs to be done internally? Or is just pull the bolts and swap? The unit I have came from a 77 Volare or Aspen I don't recall which. Thanks Ken

Straight forward, but they can be large or small spline main shaft. The main shaft will come out with the tail housing and held in with a snap ring. You will also have to put the front needle bearings back into the input shaft with grease.
