Did you ever cut a Walmart filter apart or watch a Fram lose oil pressure on a dyno. They are all junk. STP, Purolator, Mopar and all others are basisally garbage.
Most race shops will not use them on engine dynos for break in of a new motor because they fail.
NAPA gold or WIX is the only filter to use unless you are selling the car to your enemy. Cut them apart and check them out A true lesson for those who never did.
