I cannot see anything in that photo. Too small. But the rear harness connector is the "usual thing" in the kick panel

Chrysler is known for having one set of wires across multiple vehicles. Saying that those wires may not do anything, or maybe there for a feature not available on your car.

What we would need to help is the year make and model of the car along with the color/ markings of the wires.

My 65 Dart has a floor shifter and I recall similar wires to it (backup light switch & illumination). But, I also recall the high beam foot switch runs to the kick panel.

My car is a 74 Dodge Dart Sport. It did have a center console before it was switched to a 3 speed. It looks like the same connector as the drivers side terminal. I just cant figure out what they are for.

It looks like a body wiring harness, but that would be on the driver's side. Perhaps a harness for power windows and locks?

No power windows, or locks on the car. I guess It doesn't really matter, but i figured I'd find out what they went too or what I was missing before I covered it back up! lol

isn't the single wire for the glove box light?

Possibly a seatbelt warning module connector.

On my 74 that is for the seat belt warning system. I took mine out it has a harness that runs under the carpet to the sensors under the seat. I have the harness if you want it and the sensors also I believe.

Thats the point of the earlier posts. the cars use a common harness, with options such as power locks/windows etc plugging into it. Just because your car doesn't have a given option, the dash harness will/may have a provision for it.

In a 74, that plug is for the seat belt warning system if it is on the passenger side. I just removed all that from the harness on my 74 Duster prior to reinstallation.

I had not noticed this was on the pass side. Above is correct. Look under the hood for the reset button. You must bypass that by connecting the two yellow wires going to it

I think I'm good for now. It looks like the seat belts sensor are not even hooked up as is.
