Most popular tach in the 70's and other stuff

Lots of good ones! "Back in the day" (I know you guys don't like that phrase) I managed a speed shop for a few years. At that time the Sun Super Tach was king for the street with Stewart Warner gauges. If you were a racer, you had a Moroso direct drive tach. Accel Ignition was just becoming popular as well as Comp Cams. Cragar SS wheels were tops and Appliance headers were tops for the street. The racers always ran Hookers. We sold so many top brands but our electronics sucked. We had Kraco. I always had Craig Powerplay 8 tracks. I never liked the cassettes and it was too early for CD's. Every box of parts had a sticker. Cheap advertising for the manufacturers. Oh ya, Vic Edelbrock visited my store for a open house we had. Cool thing!
