1974 Dodge Dart Magnum Swap

Well getting ready to start my swap. I have a 1999 dodge magnum 5.9 360, assault air gap dual plane intake, 600cfm edelbrock carb, non lock up 904 trans, 8 3/4 a body axle and my v8 radiator. I bought Schomacker mounts to swap with and a wiring harness. Before I start the swap I was wondering what to do about the ac lines. My goal is to run the belt system on the 360 and intern run the modern ac pump. I am wanting to be able to hook it to my darts current ac system, any thoughts? Hoping to get the swap started this weekend and on the road shortly after. :burnout:
