It really troubles me the amount of apparent trailer / hanger queens there seems to be. Some thing like the local car show, "they" are out in droves, but on the average nice spring summer day, you RARELY see a classic driving around. I REALLY need to get "on" mine, and hope to here in about a week. When mine was together, I drove it every day when the weather was decent. That includes the winter if it was mild, roads were clean and dry

I agree completely. The whole point of having an older car is the experience driving it. I am not and never will be a trailer queen person. How could you own something from the 50's60''s,etc and never feel the pull to drive it? I have always used every old car I've had as a daily driver. I've never been a big car show person,I like seeing them going down the road like
God intended them to do.
I can understand not driving them in the snow or rain for folks who live in bad climates,but I don't get the ones who keep them as stationary works of art or investments. Enjoy your cars!
