striping black rattle can paint

rattle can paint usually has no protective coating (clear coat) and will wipe off "easily" using carb cleaner, paint thinner, prepsol.. it will soften faster than the good paint under it - - these products will "melt" through the original paint if you let it sit there too long or rub too hard, so work quickly and allow it to dissipate before you re-apply.. wash with cold water afterward to remove residue. I use those blue shop towels for all of this.

^^ this will work better than brake fluid.
