Since it's a Flyin' Hook, and the price was 10.50, I'm guessing it was a CAT scale. CAT scales are very accurate and round to even pounds. They are calibrated very often and they also will go to court with a driver if he uses one of their scales and gets an over weight ticket.
With that said, that weight is probably very accurate to within a pound or two.
