Pipe? Depending on the pipe fittings, go to the hydraulic industry, known as "pipe swivels
This is a straight "pipe swivel," but they are also made in 45 and 90. You need a male pipe hose end with a bevel (as all hydraulic ends normally are) and the pipe end seals in the bell of the swivel
