Imperial Cable Shift Kit for 65 904 Using 66 904

I am using a 66 mechanical linkage 904 in my 65 904 Dart. Imperial Services made a conversion kit for this application but no longer do. Do any of our members have a kit such as this in inventory? I want to maintain the 65 floor shift console. Can anyone help me with this or know of any other company that makes these conversion kits. Imperial Services, Schumacher and Atlas Obsolete could not help me. Let me know at Old Dart 66. Thanks.
