If you want to sell it, price it to sell. If you want to show off what you have for sale and never sell it, price it what YOU think its worth. Sure there is room to haggle, but if you price it right, it will fly off the shelf, especially here where we all know what its worth, as the customer is the one who is ultimately setting the 'sold' price as opposed to the offering price.
