The kit showed up today via Priority 2 day shipping, NICE!
Extremely impressed with the looks of it, nice workmanship Rob!
Could you please provide a little instruction for install, just to prevent head scratching by the electrically challenged? It might be a minute before I get a day off to install it, will post some pics then!
VERY happy! Thanks Rob!

KnuckleDuster, sent instructions, hope everything goes well with install. Anyquestions, shoot me a message.

Rob

Pm and I will need instructions as well. I will take before and after once I get the kit

I built a kit for an early Datsun Z car. Never thought I'd see that one! :)

Thanks to everyone that has purchased a kit.

Rob

You said you can leave you old harness in place, what if I want to remove the old harness and just run your harness?would that cause a problem?

If you wanted to remove the headlight wires that would be OK as long as I know how you plan to trigger the system.

Part of the issue removing factory headlight wiring is it's tied in with marker and turn signals, My kit runs ONLY the headlights.

bump so can find later. alternator wiring worked so well from him going to try this next. :) Thanks again for making quality stuff

You say your kit is separate from factory wiring, what factory wiring can I discard I don't car about originality I just the upgrades and to clean out the non essential wires for cleaner look,do you offer wiring upgrade for denso alternator?

If you wanted to remove the headlight wiring, you could. Make sure you don't disturb the grounds because, in general, the entire front lighting has a fairly common ground path. That what makes pulling all that stuff out a pain.

As long as you are cutting it open, you can remove almost all of the red (high beam) and violet (low beam) wiring in front of the radiator support. You'd have figure out how to trigger the relays. I've had others cut back, install a set of terminals or weatherpack connectors and clip them into the relay blocks. It's a bit more work, definitely doable, as long as we are in concert regarding approach.

Let me know how you want to proceed and where you plan to mount the relays to come to a viable approach.

My friend Tod installed the kit last week on my Demon. Really nice. If you guys are just thinking about it you should pull the trigger. Its easy and super! Thanks Rob

Crackedback...I've upgraded my bulkhead wiring and gotten rid of that pesky amp meter...replaced with volt meter of coarse...but love the relay kit. Will try to take pics and get a pm off to you this weekend.
Have seen these from MADD but never bitten.
Bright headlights and no wiring compromise, outstanding.
Can I run headlights like these

Im going to build my harness using a 18 circuit hot rod kit and Deutsche connections. I'm going to use a panel made for the firewall Deutsch connector running MSD electric fans and I would like to run these headlights 4 of them in my 72 Challenger also I'm going to LED tail lights. What alternator would you suggest and would your kit benefit me in my installation. Thank you for your help!

Another VERY satisfied customer. Very easy and straightforward install. Much brighter lights with very little voltage drop. Much better than before. Thanks Rob!
