the nascar boys are reportedly using wix and Purolator filters, last I heard. I`ve been using the short mopar filters on my barracuda since there isn`t room for a long type filter,(custom fan shroud), been using the long one on my 02 ram 4 door, that just turned 170,00. never done anything to it except a rad. and front wheel bearings. it even still has the original brakes on it! and yes I`ve towed the car trailer a fair amount w/ it, before putting 1 axle brakes on the trailer.
