smoking hard out left bank
just got my 65 Barracuda finished where iwas happy ready to race and show /
Took it out at noon and did a few runs ,and last run I added a little timing ran a full quarter .
It was best run ever ,50 feet short of line it started blowing smoke hard out of left pipe. I got it slowed down did a minor check its an oil smoke not coolant . So I got it home, let it cool down it wasn't knocking or doing any thing funny but smoke got real bad .
. No leaks no holes in motor runs fine pulled the plugs # 1 felt rough ,like I may have melted a ring . No compression tester here but hoping for best . No broken rockers there all pumping yet , good sign . no oil puddling on floor
Where else to check before before Tear down ?? So dam mad 1st racing was tonight .
