hot rod slant 6 intake and carb help

looking for some intake and carb help for my long rod 225 it's a 225 with 198 rods and 2.2 Pistons with a slight dish and a 525 lift solid cam I have an Offenhauser1 barrel intake with dual one barrel strombergs will these work good with my setup or should I go to a 4 Barrel setup it's a 4 speed with 355 gears any help appreciated figuring out the right intake and carb setup
 
I've always believed in the use what ya got thought.I had that same short block set up before and it works well.The dual Stromburgs will need a bit more to dial in and sure looks sweet,,,But , if you want all out performance the 4 bbl is the way to go.600 cfm max, just my thought.
 
whats the 2.2 conversion take besides 198 rods? whats bore size?
 
If you don't try the dual carb setup you will always wonder what it would do. Give it a shot. Well matched CFM provides better driveability than over carbed and then there is the cool factor of dual carbs.
