When I first dropped a Gen3 with carbs into my A Body..I had a goal of a streetable high 11 sec car.

Last night I achieved that goal....after a long journey of defective intake manifolds and poor carb choices.

You CAN make good power with a carbed Gen 3.... But you need to choose your cam and induction combo carefully.

Thks to HemiJoeJr and Moper for the manning the International help line!

Combo - 6.1, Edelbrock dual quad, twin Thunder 500cfm carbs, 2" spacers, SRT MAX PLUS Cam (better choices out there)
 
Congrats.these new Hemi engines are impressive, I hear you can bolt on a set of drag radials on a scat pack hemi car and run LOW 12's stock .
 
It may have been 14 months but documenting what you went through will help numerous others that follow
