It figures!!
The darn cluster limiter took a dump yesterday! It couldn't have happened before when everything was open. No sir, it waited til after the glass was installed to give up the ghost!
Grrr. So now I took the cluster out and ordered a digital limiter from GTE.
Wish I had done it right from the start D'oh!
Anyway since I had the cluster back out it made sense to check the gauges.

3 D batteries
2 jumper leads
Tape
I also had a resistance box o made about 29 years ago but it's optional
