Big Block Dart Cooling

Sounds like you have it covered. When I parked the car in the garage after driving it it burped a bit of antifreeze so there some air trapped in there. I'll probably loosen the temp gauge sending unit tomorrow and try to burp some of that air.
Get the front end up high and let it run for about 1/2 hour.

Time will tell yes!

Hope you get it! Every car is a bit different and seems the Dart has some more front airflow than the Barracuda due the different grille design!

So true. Of course the 108 degrees we'll have next week won't help. 100 today so I put off working on it. I bought a puke tank last night so I don't have antifreeze dumping on the ground. Have to keep the tree huggers happy.

Oh my! That is H O T!!!

Am i losing my mind or does your fan not have 7 blades? I have counted them in your pics and maybe I am seeing and extra. Mine had 7!

Well the car will have to wait now until I heal from surgery. Lots of air in the system. Bought a kit from NAPA to bleed the air out.

Just curious. Do you have the rubber hood seal installed ?
With the hood closed, it seals the area between the hood and radiator support.

This keeps the engine bay heat from being pulled back over the top of the radiator and back through the radiator.

After trying everything I could think of this is what cured my heat problems.
