How much flexibility in swapping interior parts...door panels, seats, carpets, glass, dash?

easy as long as you keep the body the same, ie 23 2 door hdtp together, 29 duster, demon sport, 41 4 door. door panels for doors with vent windows verses non-vents

Not as much as you would think.

Dart's are basically broken up into groups. 67-69, 70-72, and 73-76. Since you only listed 70-75 I assume you're only concerned with the later ones, which is also why I left off the pre-67 "early A" cars. I also assume you're not talking about a Dart sport, duster or demon as those are different too.

Seats will swap between all of them, with the exception of the driver's side inner bucket seat track for all of the '76 cars (and maybe some of the '75 cars?) because of the catalytic convertor. There was an extra hump in the floor so the inner seat track was different.

The doors changed in '73, so 70-72 door panels will not interchange with 73-76 door panels if we're talking about a 2 door car. You can swap the entire door (keeping all of its stock internal parts), but not just the panels. You can interchange panels within the 70-72 model years, and within the 73-76 model years, but those two ranges will not swap with each other. '73+ had plastic upper door panels and the window crank and inner door handle were in different spots compared to the earlier ones.

The glass is even trickier when it comes to the doors, again, this is only for 2 door hardtops though. 70-72 will not interchange with 73-76 because the 70-72 cars had wing vents and the 73+ cars didn't, but there are a few years that are stand alone years because of changes to the internal window mechanisms. I think both '72 and '73 model years had door glass that was unique to that year only, and there may be others. Basically, you almost need to have the door glass from the same model year car with only a few exceptions. The windshields, front and rear, will interchange over the entire run as long as you find a like model car, ie, hardtops will swap with hardtops, 4 door cars with 4 door cars, but those two don't interchange. I'm not sure about the quarter glass for the hardtop cars. I know they interchange over a larger range than the door glass does, but I don't know the year breaks on those.

Carpets are the same for the whole run, just match the transmission as auto carpets are different from the 3 or 4 speed carpets. In theory the catalytic convertor cars carpet might be slightly different, but I don't think they actually are. Carpet is pretty generic.

Dash depends on what you're talking about. The gauge clusters will pretty much exchange in the '72 up cars, before that there were different styles that won't interchange with the later style. There were differences in the '72+ clusters depending on the model year for things like seat belt warning lights, etc. But the clusters fit into the dash panel. Before '72 there were standard and rallye gauges, and those won't interchange with each other or the later style, and certain years of those won't interchange with each other either.
