This poor bastard is freaking out and most of you are telling him his car will be impounded and he'll go to jail. FFS.

NO-ONE WILL EVER SEE THIS PARTIAL VIN. EVEN AT A CAR SHOW. HE HAS A ZERO PERCENT CHANCE HIS CAR WILL BE TAKEN FROM HIM. HE HAS A TITLE AND A VALID VIN.
