None of them, as the farthest south I would go was Santa Barbara if I had the choice. :D
Morro Bay to Santa Cruz was one of my favorites, but then I would head inland and go on up through Lake Tahoe and hwy395 into the Sierra Nevada Mountains with all it's narrow little roads through the National Forest and then back over to hw1 along the coast.
