It's been a while, but I have been changing gears and trying to figure some stuff out with the project. I sold the NV4500 that I really wanted to use, but between the size of the trans tunnel was going to have to be and the where the shift tower ended up, I would have to have a S shaped shifter which was going to look goofy. So, desided to go with a 47rh. I had a guy build it for me with a billet converter and piston/clutch, all the planetaries are 6 pinion except the overdrive which is a steel 5 pinion, and he taylored the valve body for the 4bt.
Also, I think I may have figured out what to do with my steering dilemma. I found someone on here that installed rack and pinion steering on there duster, and it makes a ton of were I need it.
