I have a used fender from a 1965 Dart. It is pretty good condition, but has a bit of rust on the bottom. Usual dents and scrapes.

Located in N.E. Iowa.
Asking $125.00 OBO.

is a 65 fender the same as a 64? how much for shipping to 35633
Not sure if they interchange. Shipping would have to be through Greyhound. Cost would probably run $100.00 to your nearest terminal. I would prefer local pickup, but might ship if you are really interested.

I can answer this. On the outside yes, the outer layer is the same, but the part around the headlight bucket and inside edge is different, there are additional tabs to mount the 65 grille and headlight trim. You could cut up one to piece together the other but it is not a direct replacement - well, you can mount it but you won't be able to mount the headlights or grille.

I found this on a 65 where someone had mounted a 64 fender, and that explained why they never put the grille back on after that.

ok thank you for the info. don't want to mod a fender.

I'd be interested for sure, it's better than the quarter panel on my 65! Would you be willing wrap cardboard around it and ship it greyhound?

I can do that. I can also ship it through Fastenal. PM if interested.
