to clean the tank get a length of chain or some rocks and taoss them into the tank seal up all of the holes and tumble it around till all of the rust is knocked loose then clean it out thoughouly. orielly's carries a product called red kote it lines the inside of the tank and seals any pin holes if there are any.
yeah,I thought about doing this but I'm just going to get a new fuel tank and all.This will be the 3rd time I've had to take my carb apart and clean the crud out of it.
