Lots of things affect the cam's power range too. Intake style, exhaust, ignition timing. All that plays a role as well.

Exactly, and if I was going for all the power I could get out of it the intake and carb would be the first things to go.
The deal is though, that it runs great and is super reliable at about 350hp and the added 50 or so I could get out of it with an intake and carb change isn't worth it (to me)
Maybe down the road some day when I'm bored and want to waste a few hundred bucks on something I don't need anyway. :D
