I'm running an after market tank and fuel pump. Stock motor, factory EFI. The fuel pump is rated at 100PSI, 400LPH. What fuel regulator do I use?

not a clue
but you might be able to find the answer in our "new hemi swap" section

I would recommend a filter/regulator type, not an external adjustable one as you can put filter back by tank with return and just run one line forward. You didnt mention what year, the first two years had same pressure as a magnum and later ones bumped up to 58#. If its early, there is a 48# filter/reg and if its later than 04 use the LS type.

That one is the 48# we use on magnum swaps but works for 03-04 hemi too. I was tarded and missed 6.4 in title so yes, you will need 58-60 psi one. Same price.

Magnum,

Are you a registered vendor on here? Wasnt sure if im missing you on the vendors list.

Caco2120,
I have spoken with joeycho about becoming a vendor but its very expensive and they dont take payments, so at this point no we are not. I am not allowed to post my web address or phone number for same reason. We are trying to gauge the possible response from members here to see if its even possible to sell $12,000/year which is what we would have to sell to members to break even on vendor cost. Unlike many vendors here, we dont charge 30% profit, we have to try and compete with Jegs and scummit who are very popular with members. We have had many instances of members getting info about whats needed from us and then buying from scummit because it was $10 cheaper on a $300 part.
I would love to give FABO my money but as a business person, I have to make sure we can at least break even on costs. Will members step up and buy form us? I cant say. Many seem to appreciate my information about magnum engines and general knowledge from being a tech for 35 years but many like to bash and start fights as well. We are just trying to see if this is a good fit for us. I do spend at least an hour each day helping members for free.

As a business owner that just cited a customer for using your info, and then buying elsewhere. you dont find it ironic you posted basically the exact same fuel filter/regulator as an actual paid vendor did? And now have a potential sale lined up? Opposed to the first guy that posted the corvette filter, plus paid his hard earned money to be here?

Johnny certainly didnt shell out his "hard earned money", Pace performance is a giant company that sells $10,000 hemi crate engines. They also sold LOTS of FI Tech here for the last year without paying to be a vendor. Just saying.
To help calm your fears of us selling anything on here, in the last year we have not sold enough to pay for one month of vendor "dues". Unlike Pace, we are two guys running a shop trying to feed our kids. We were really hoping FABO members would enjoy dealing with a small company offering great service and knowledge of the made in US parts we make and sell. It appears members would rather buy form large companys that charge $118 for a $40 filter and $40(at 50% profit) of AN fittings than support guys that actually drive and build A bodies. We will no longer post on FABO and if OP contacts us I will send him to Pace. No harm no foul.
Also hard to believe the righteous "just gauging interest" comments...when clearly you're marketing.
Well, since you have been selling FI Tech here for a year before becoming a vendor, I would guess you would know. I have also seen you offer bad advise like "dont buy cheap chinese pump from ebay, buy this one" and then offer a chinese made pump with high failure rate for $200. I am guessing you dont spend much time in the install bay. We do, we actually build A bodies all day and dont sell anything we wont use on our own cars. BTW GM doesnt make fuel filters, an outside vendor does, which is who we buy from. What you offered to OP was not complete, did you find out what pump he has, what his tank set up was, what else he will need to hook it all up? Or did you just want to make a quick sale on overpriced half kit? In all honesty, we are or I should say were trying to gauge interest in products to see if we could ever get our vendor $$$ back in the form of sales. It appears not as most members are joined at the waist with scummit and jegs even though we figured out how to beat their prices. If not being "righteous" is a concern, I am a 52 year old mechanic with 4 crushed disks and a broken vertebrae and J is a disabled vet that served 3 tours in the sand box, full of plates and pins from getting blown up 3 times by ied's. we both have young daughters and are single parents. i am not some marketing asshole,I am just trying to make a living which, aint happening here. Enjoy selling your $10K hemi crates and I will go deal with building A bodies. I remember something about living in glass house from 3rd grade.....

what a cry baby bs post full of false statements. this is exactly how you dont earn business. by whining, insulting ppl, and being unprofessional. especially when the screenshot above shows your true intentions. you enjoy "going back to working on A bodies" last I checked the vendor above has a 10.50 Et swinger that he wrenches on and bracket races regularly... "not much time in the bay" involved there.... you clearly do your homework. Also the kit u post a pic of appears to be a no-name filter, some Napa hose, and a few barbed fittings....yet u condemned others for selling a delco filter with brand name fittings.(directly after a REAL vendor posted the exact same thing)
Lots of guys sneak in mention of their company's, but they dont go trooling other vendors posts to steal business and blatantly sling insults and false claims about their margins and garage time with ZERO validity. Especially toward one of the more dedicated vendors on this forum.

Ok gents...this has gotten out of hand. Im a honest guy, easy going, and this spat over a fuel regulator is embarrassing for both of us. So...lets let this one rest without any more false jabs in my direction please. I built the hemi we sell, I built the bracket car described above. And I offer any member here parts at 5 percent off retail...I think that pretty much puts the slings above to rest. I work hard to be here, I help members regularly, and I try to be as professional as I can. To quote Forrest Gump "thats all I got to say about that.

I would like to clarify something. When I started my original reply to OP, it was noon. After taking a few calls and stuff I finished my post and hit button. There was no post by Johnny when I started so I wasnt trying to steal his sale, I was showing OP the right way to build his fuel system, same way the factory does it. I didnt mention prices or even selling anything in first two posts. Simply the correct way to run lines. Both caco and johnny jumped my suggestion stating I didnt know about filters or that I posted a pic of junk ? This is exactly why I am not selling or posting here anymore, all people want to do is attack others and talk ****. The pic is of a Jeep filter, not no name, the fittings are Russell and the hose is NHRA legal USA made 250# Fuel Injection hose.
Something else is that I have sent over 10 people to "johnnypace" for FI Tech systems that were not even FABO members because he has good support and prices are all the same. I only deal with factory multi port not throttle body. He seemed knowledgeable about product and helped people so I recommended guys call him. I also never sold anything to OP. If my post was prior to his would it have been a problem? Perhaps I should have apologized when attacked rather than react. Seems to be a common theme on FABO. If I wanted to get yelled at or scolded I would have a wife. And, like I said, I dont plan on selling parts here so relax and enjoy your weekend.
