Wow. This went sideways. Sounds to me like this thread should have been started at a Dodge Magnum or LX forum. Can't fault the members here for not knowing the complete, correct installation procedure for a '07 Magnum wheel bearing hub assembly. This is an A-body forum and they have a completely different procedure. Perhaps this is a common problem with LX's? That's the sort of thing that you would find out at an LX or magnum forum that you won't get here. I will happily admit I have NO idea how a proper installation of a '07 Magnum hub assembly should go. And I don't care, and I'm not going to look it up either.
And even if there are LX experts here, you're not really giving us much to work with. If the installation is 100% correct, nothing is damaged, and everything else is perfect as you've suggested, the bearing has to be the issue. That's the only logical conclusion if nothing else can possibly be wrong. So buy better bearings and do it again. Given the odds on multiple bearings being fubar'd right off the shelf, my bet would be that something else is going on. Sure, it's possible the bearings are junk right off the shelf, but as has already been pointed out it's not likely. It's possible I'll win the PowerBall, but I'm not going to quit my job before the numbers are drawn because it sure as heck isn't likely.
Maybe there's damaged parts in the assembly that aren't allowing for proper installation of the bearings, maybe it's an installation problem, maybe the noise is something else entirely. But it's an '07 magnum, so, I don't really know or care. Good luck.
