318 heads

Well, with those pistons in a 4" 318 stroker, and undecked block, and 62 cc EQ heads, you're pushing over 11:1 static CR even with .051" thick gaskets. 65 cc Edelbocks are still at 10.7. So all of these heads options with those pistons and stroke are putting you up in a range of SCR that is abnormally high for the street and usually just for the strip with a pretty big cam... or with special fuels or skilled tuning only on the street. You need to get the combustion chamber size up in the low to mid 70's cc size to get the SCR down in the mid 9's range with piston and stroke. How hard do you want to push SCR and deal with making that work?
