I can't add a new Forum

I can't add a new forum to ask a question because I do not get the red button that you click on to add a new forum question. I got it once but now its not there anymore. I tried 3 different browser and still no button.

You can't add forums but you can add a post within one.
One in one of the forums (categories) you can add a post with the button.

Ok, to start with, only I can add a forum. A forums is a place on the site where threads and posts can be made. A thread is a whole TOPIC and a post is a comment within that topic. SO this is a post within the thread you started...

It's not fair that only you can add forums, Joey.
I can think of a few that i would like to add and delete............lol
