I am brand new to this site and new to Mopar.

I recently swapped the motor in my 64 Dart. It had a 318 in it when I bought it; I replaced that motor with a bit more built up 318.

I was planning on selling the old 318 on Craigslist. In doing some research, I realized that the valve covers are somewhat desirable.

The pictures below are of the motor in the car (before it was pulled). The valve covers are in pretty good shape, there is a chip off of one of the wire holder brackets, and they could really use a fresh coat of crinkle black.

The air cleaner is marked 273 Commando, but I think that it was painted along the way. My research indicates that the air cleaner ought to be chrome.

I am thinking that the whole package (covers and air cleaner) are worth $175, plus shipping from Washington State.

As I said, I am new to Mopar, so if I am off-base let me know. If you are interested please feel free to reach out.

Would consider partial trade for a steering gear (mine leaks).

I must have under-priced these parts . . .the response has been surprising. I feel obliged to sell the parts at the listed price to the first person who responded. However, I very much appreciate the other responses, and if the first deal falls through for some reason, I will reach out to you guys.

I wouldn't say under-priced, probably giving someone a good deal but not giving them away. These look like nice presentable ("driver") parts.

They clean up nicely ... but if the aluminum fins are chipped or broken, they're harder to find than the valve covers are. Here's a set I just shipped out to a repeat customer for reference.
