3" x pipe exhaust for Big Block Duster

Have a question , I have a 72 Duster that I stuffed a 383 in with fender wall headers. My question is do they make a exhaust system that will bolt up to the Headers with 3" dump outs

The front flanges are on my Hooker fender well headers. The rest is made from carry out pipe from the muffler shop and 4 90 degree mandrel bends.
