PLEASE
do not deal with this busters...

i login on this forum for You to tell You my story with one of the mopar parts suppliers.
I have ordered the rear window seal in march this year.. - good price 140$ so i tryied them.
wait gently till the end of april.. nobody respond for emails or texts.... call them they told me that they didn`t recived it.. so i wait 2 weeks more nobody calls nothing and they promissed to tell me the status.. call them in may they ask for my money back they said OK... but nothing happened...
now is july - JULY and no money no seal.. they robbed me nothing else - took the money and nothing else happened.. for me they are thiefs.. YES thiefs.. becouse i asked gently a few times... hope nobody will never deal with this busters..
no more people like this in mopar family...
 
yeah, they are not on the top of my shopping list, sad thing is they do have some good stuff listed
 
they have been in business for many years. I assume the co. is the same owners all this time. not sure what the d eal is. I sent pics of clips I needed several times, this was 2-3 yrs ago, they never got back to me. I figured the clips would not have been worth their trouble?
they have always have extensive inventory of the hard to find clips.
best to pay for parts from anyone you are not sure of by credit card. at least there should then be a recourse.
I would send them registered letter, proof of your money sent, and advise them to immediately give refund, OR if not $$, contact your state attorney general.

I called him talk like with normal person.. but nothing happened.. only becouse of good opinion i will give him last shot.. but tryied yesterday... no answear.. send text - no answear... why? I will try to the end of the week and let You know.. but when i bough on ebay for 20$ more - the seal was in my house in 5 days.. so for sure i will never ever buy nothing and this is for You to think about if You need part bad like i wanted... to get Your car on street - just dont deal with it... no customer service at all..
any way I will let You know the end of the story but for me it is almost done after 3 months.. come on ...

How did you pay them?

I agree , no excuse for bad service. but it is true these one man vendors will be at Carlise and Nats, ...... I would call him again after he has time to get home from Carlisle and unload.
like I said before, I have seen them at the big shows for decades, been in business for many years...
and I tried to get some clips from them few years back.... just clips , no big $$ deal.... . the lady that I talked to, said send pics, measurements, etc.. I did this several times and never got a reply. oh well....
