I'm selling my Numbers Matching 1973 Duster 340 Factory M52 Sunroof car in TB3 Petty Blue with White 340 Body Side Stripes & White Tail Panel Stripe with a White Deluxe Bucket Seat Interior with White Door Panels with Woodgrain Inserts & Floor Console Shifted 727 Automatic Transmission, Black Dash and Trim...Factory AM-FM Radio, (5) 14" Rally Wheels with Center Caps, Dual Chrome Racing Style Mirrors, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Inside Hood Release, Fender Mounted Turn Signals, Wide Rocker Moldings, Chrome Exhaust Tips, Coolant Recovery System, 26" Heavy Duty Radiator. This is a very cool and fairly rare 73 Duster 340 with an outstanding color combination and with it's matching Numbers Engine & Transmission would make a great restoration project. The car is also equipped with a 3.55 Sure Grip 8 1/4" Rear which is believed to be original to the car as well. The car is a roller with the engine dismantled for inspection and rebuilding and as far as I can tell, the drivetrain components are original to the car with the exception of the Carburetor. The car was running a Holley the last time it was driven in the early 90's so the original Carter Thermoquad 6319s is missing. The original Block with the partial Vin is still with the car as is the 727 Transmission. The interior will need to be restored but the Dash is in place and the original interior components are intact although most need restored or replaced. The original White Bucket Seats and original Floor Console are still in the car. The body will need some restoration but has good bones with nice original Frame Rails and a New AMD Trunk Pan has been installed and New AMD Trunk Extensions are in place.....floors have been stripped for the most part so you can see exactly what your working with and the overall condition of the undercarriage is actually quite nice. The car has a couple of patches that were nicely done on the floor pans.....pretty clean work considering they kept as much of the original sheet metal as possible and the underside of the car shows quite solid and clean overall. There are also new AMD Lower Quarter Panel Patches that were purchased for the car and the drivers side was already installed and the passenger side lower patch is included and needs to be installed. The body will need some work on the passenger side quarter behind the door.... no big deal for any decent body guy. The engine compartment shows super solid.... nice solid inner aprons and firewall. There are many parts with the car including an NOS Pair of Taillight Lenses in the original Mopar Boxes($400)... a New Pair of Chrome Exhaust Tips, New Soft Seal Door Weather Stripping, Complete Set of New Mopar Keys for the Doors, Ignition, Trunk and Console or Glovebox, Super Nice Correct 1973 "340" Air Cleaner, Correct AM-FM Radio was purchased for the car because there is an aftermarket 8 Track Radio from the 70's in the dash. The car has an aftermarket steering wheel on it but a clean correct Black Steering Wheel will go with the car. The car will come with (5) 14" Rally Wheels with Nice Center Caps and I have the Correct Heavy Duty Cooling 26" Radiator Part # 3673015 and the correct Fan Shroud... the N76 Coolant Recovery Tank and Parts appear to be complete. I also have 2 NOS or like New Original Goodyear Polyglas GT F60-14 Tires with the small raised white letters that will go with the car. The car has its Original Dash Vin Plate which shows nicely with the original Black Background and the Silver silk screened CHRYSLER CORPORATION & the Mopar PENTASTAR .. Dash Vin Plate is clean with Original Rosette rivets and the Original Fender Tag is still with the car. The Radiator Support shows the Matching Partial Vin as well. This is a very cool project with all of the Original engine components with correct Casting Numbers, Part Numbers & Casting Dates for the Engine Block , Cylinder Heads, Exhaust Manifolds, Intakes Manifold, Oil Pan, etc etc... all showing dates prior to the cars Scheduled Production Date of October 4, 1972...... The engine block shows a Casting Date of late 1971 and the front of the Block shows a 10,000 Day Calendar assembly date of September 27, 1973 which is a week before the Fender Tags "A04" October 4, 1972 Scheduled Production Date and the Partial Vin Number is stamped on the right side pan rail on the Block. The Transmission also shows the same Partial Vin Stamping on the Flat right hand surface of the Transmissions main case. The car is shown with a set of Vintage Cragar S/S Wheels although it will be sold with a set of Steelie rollers and (5) Factory Rally Wheels with Center Caps & Trim Rings will go with the car as well. This is a project but it has super solid & clean frame rails and the rockers and floors are nice overall with the exception of the previously mentioned patches on the floor which were nicely done. The Color Combination of TB3 with No Vinyl Roof with the Factory M52 Sunroof and the White 340 Body Side Stripes & White Tail Panel Stripes along with the Factory White Deluxe Bucket Seat Interior with the Floor Console Shifted Automatic Transmission make for one Super Cool car when finished. I can help with transport if need be as I know several reputable transporters who will deliver the car to your front door at a reasonable price or your welcome to come and pick it up. The car appears to be complete minus the rocker moldings and maybe a few small pieces but I won't say that it's 100% complete because I'm not the one that disassembled it although the previous owner claims that car is 100% complete and running & driving before he removed the drivetrain, trim & some of the interior components.... I honestly can't say that it's 100% complete but I can tell you that all of the important parts are there. The Original Dual Exhaust Tail Pipe Hangers are still in place as are the Original Insulated Hangers for the Chrome Factory Exhaust Tips. The engine is disassembled and it looks like the block should clean up although It does appear to have a little ridge in the cylinders but nothing awful.... prior owner builds engines and said he thought it might need to go .010 or .020 for rebuild. I have many pictures of the car and parts.... should give you a good idea as to what to expect. There is a small dent on the passenger side front fender that will need to be addressed and there is a small area in the passenger side corner of the rear body panel that will need a little work...no big deal in my opinion. Just count on a complete restoration of what will ultimately be an incredibly beautiful car when completed and I know the car is worth more in parts than my modest asking price. I have known this car for over 25 years now and have owned it for over a year and all I've done is buy parts for it and store it.... I have far more into the car than my asking price but will consider a quick sale or trade for another cool Mopar. Thanks for reading this long description and feel free to PM me or Start a Conversation if you are seriously interested. I have absolutely no doubt that this will be a one off car when completed between its long list of options and it's super cool color combination and it's matching numbers. Thanks again for reading this long description.... The car is located in the Philly PA area. I'm asking $5200 or offer or trade.

There are many boxes of parts that go with the Duster 340 Sunroof car .... sunroof was perfectly operable before the car was disassembled according to the previous owner. The original Transmission is said to have been rebuilt at some before the motor and trans were removed from the car. There is a New Torque Converter that goes with the car or appears to be new. The Cylinder Heads, Intake Manifold, Exhaust Manifolds, Oil Pan, Crank Shaft, Driveshaft are all there and the Date Codes on the engine parts all preceed the Scheduled Production Date of October 4, 1972. The engine block and transmission are correct and have the partial vin stampings as shown in the photos. The hard to find parts like the Correct Heavy Duty Cooling 26" Radiator Part Number 3673015 and the Fan Shroud are still with the car as is the Coolant Recovery System.... Original 8 1/4" Rear with 3.55 Sure Grip is still in the car. The car has a New AMD Trunk Pan installed and the Drivers side AMD Trunk Extension is installed while the Passenger side AMD Trunk extension is with the car and needs to be installed. The drivers side rear lower quarter panel is an AMD Patch Panel and is installed while the New AMD Passenger side lower quarter patch panel is included but needs installing. The passenger side quarter panel needs some work but nothing that can't be easily corrected or repaired. There are several patches installed in the front floor pans but they are nicely done and as much of the original sheet metal as possible was used. The patches were carefully measured, cut and welded in although you might want to do things differently. I think they look pretty nice. The engine compartment shows no rust issues with nice solid firewall and inner aprons although a small area below the battery tray was beautifully patched with a nicely formed and welded piece of metal..... will never know it was there when the car is done. The Front and Rear Frame Rails are rock solid and the Cross Member Torsion Bar mounting areas are all rock solid and very clean. Much of the undercarriage was stripped down to bare metal and you'll see there is some surface rust in areas that were left in bare metal. The Trunk Lid was replaced and the one used is in nice shape with the Cut Outs / provisions for a Go Wing Spoiler. There are many parts that go with the car including 5 Rally Wheels. I have 5 very nice Rallys with Beautiful Center Caps and Nice used Trim Rings. The wheels shown in the pictures were just for reference. I have wheels and Caps that are much nicer. The car will come with a 1973 Vintage Under Dash 8 Track Stereo that was removed from my 1973 Roadrunner ..... installed New in 1973 by the original Owner. The Factory AM-FM shown in the pictures does work and comes with the Dash Retainer nuts, Dash Bracket and the Knobs. There are NOS Original Mopar Taillight Lenses in the Original Mopar Boxes along with the used Original Lenses and the Original Taillight Bezels although they have seen better days. There is a complete NOS Mopar Lock set for the Doors, Ignition, Trunk and Glovebox... Original Mother Mopar. The Original Battery Tray is very nice and is included along with boxes of parts. The engine will need to be rebuilt but appears to be 100% complete and original with the exception of the Carburetor which is a Holley instead of the Original Carter Thermoquad 6319s and I have not checked the Numbers on the Distributor although it is with the car. There are 2 Beautiful....possibly NOS Goodyear Polyglas F60-14 small raised white letter tires as my intentions were to run Vintage Goodyear Polyglas Tires on the car for that cool Vintage look and although Modern Radials absolutely ride and handle better there is nothing that looks cooler than Vintage Goodyear Polyglas Tires on a Classic Mopar Muscle car. The Bumpers are both with the car although they are cores in need of restoration or rechroming. The Glass is all in the car and the Windows Roll Up & Down in the Front while the Rear Quarter Glass opens up and locks as they should. I believe the Windshield is good although it may be showing some discoloration in the corners .... don't hold me to that because I'm not 100% sure. The Original Rocker Moldings are no longer with the car although the Rockers themselves appear to be very solid. I don't see any major issues with them..... Front Fenders are both workable although the passenger side front fender does have a dent in the front corner and had a small patch welded in the lower corner..... still a very workable fender. The Doors appear to be fine and open and close fine. The Dash has an aftermarket Radio in the dash and it looks like somebody cut a small hole for a clock or a tach at some point...no big deal. I have the correct Steering wheel in nice shape and the correct Radio plus the 1973 Vintage Craig 8 Track Stereo and Speakers which are not shown. I have a Nice set of Original Rear Interior Panels with the Woodgrain inserts that are off White and I have the complete set of Original White Door Panels for the Front and Rear with the Woodgrain inserts although they have seen better days. The Front and Rear Seats are Original with their White Factory Seat Covers and the Front Bucket Seats have to be recovered ...back seat is dirty and I honestly don't remember whether or not it has any tears but assume that you'll be doing the seat covers. The Heater Controls are intact in the Dash as is the original Glovebox Door...... Original Instrument Cluster is still in the Dash and was never removed as far as I can tell. I have the Trim for the upper part of the Doors that mount above the door panels and the A Pillar Trim and Sail Panel trim is there along with the original Kick Panels but I don't know the condition of these pieces as I've never looked them over carefully. This is a Numbers Matching Basin Street Blue Duster 340 with the Factory M52 Sunroof and it never had a Vinyl top..... very cool with the White Side Stripes and the White and Black interior. The Original Tailpipe Hangers are still in place as are the original Chrome Exhaust Tip Hangers with the Factory rubber insulators. The Reproduction Chrome Exhaust Tips will go with the car along with a nice Pair of Reproduction Chrome Exterior Door Handles. I have many other parts that go with the car. Please feel free to contact me with offers or trades although I prefer to sell the car outright. I'd really like to see someone restore this car because it's not nearly as bad as the photos make it look and a lot of money was already spent and work completed that will give you a nice start. The car is worth more in parts than I'm asking for the whole car but I will not be parting out this car.... Numbers Matching Petty Blue Sunroof Duster 340's are very difficult to find and this car is an excellent basis for a restoration with real nice Original Frame Rails and overall the floors are pretty nice. Please feel free to contact me through the site by Start a Conversation or PM me. The car is located in Philly PA and has a CLEAN CLEAR TITLE!!!! Thanks again for reading all of this and thanks for the Classified! Lightweights4me in Philly PA

very worthy project, slightly out of my buying zone. Could you pm me. I am still learning how to use the message system. How do I private message you?

I'm not sure what happened to the PM option but the "start a conversation" should work. I'll send you a message through the start a conversation. Thank you.
