I thought I read on here that the 1975 and up Y pipe for the catalytic converter has a bigger passenger side flange that bolts up to the exhaust manifold vs the 1974 and down Y pipe without the converter. If anyone knows for sure please let me know. This Y pipe that I bought had the set up for a converter and that might explain why I have a small exhaust leak coming from the passenger side flange.

I just removed. 1975 Dodge Dart y pipe with a cat. The passenger side manifold was in fact larger diameter than the drivers side. The exhaust manifold was the same passenger side on the 360.

Sorry the car was a 318 but the passenger side manifold that was factory was a 360.
 
Thanks Joe. I thought I remembered reading on here that the 75 and up Y pipe had a larger passenger side flange and that explains my small exhaust leak. Now I will look for a 75 and up passenger side exhaust manifold and see if that cures the problem.
