Visited the Dodge brother's crypt today
Where I used to live in Detroit has the beautiful Woodlawn Cemetery where many famous people are buried. This cemetery is only five minutes from my grandparent's house, which is great since it's a very nice spot to visit on a nice warm day.
Today when I was walking though, I was on the lookout for the Dodge brother's crypt. My brother had told be before that it was near the pond. So as I was walking around the pond looking for it, I came out from this small treeline and saw this very large crypt right in front of me. I walked around it to the front and sure enough it was the Dodge brother's crypt!
I was so intrigued by the beautiful architecture of this crypt. It has those two Sphinxes in front of the crypt, which suggests that it was based off Egyptian architecture. Anyway, I thought the whole thing was amazing and I could not leave without getting some pictures of it.
