26 inch ECP in a 68 Dart

-
My factory Mopar 26", 1973, 318 A/C, rad works perfect. The shroud fits just like it came from the factory. All the mounting holes lined up in my 68 Barracuda. There is plenty of room above the rad cap.
I did enlarge the opening in the core-support to match the Dart that the rad came out of.
I have never dyno'ed my engine, but other engines built like it brag to be 437 hp or more. I drive the nuts off it whenever I can. I pulled the rad out of an old hulk I had so it cost me Zero.
Good luck with what ever you choose.I just hate sending my money to foreign countries, who might use it to buy guns and come over here and try to kill me. With my money no less..............

Well it's a 22" radiator. Mine's a 26". That probably makes a bigger difference than the size of the engine compartment. The A/C condenser out front doesn't help either, even Ma Mopar started putting 26" radiators in later A-bodies that had A/C.
Yep, I am realizing that this is the hard part of comparing cooling solutions: there are a number of variables that usually don't get mentioned. We need to start asking all the particulars like we do with engines and trannies.
