You've got some goof stuff but most folks just don't like to buy a non-running project.
As is getting over $1,000 might be all you can get because there's a lot of work to get it on the road.
And it could take a longtime to find a buyer, I mean a real long time.
Not that you asked but you could consider installing engine so it runs and then do whatever else is needed to get it drivable. Then it would not only be more attractive to buyers but you might be able to evaluate better whether you might want to sell it or if its enjoyable enough to keep it.
