Seatbelt Elastic?

I need new elastic strips for my 68 Dart shoulder belts. I thought I read on here about a lady that fixes old set belts. Anyone know where i can get new elastic or who I could send them to for repair? Thanks.

I did away w/the elastic and had the upholsterer sew in Velcro. Been there for over 12 years.
