indy makes a few intakes to fit your heads, their 440-1 heads are max size. go on line and look then buy from some one else because they are dicks to deal with.
I've got Indy heads and an Indy single plane MW intake on the car. I need something with a lower height to gain some clearance to my stock Roadrunner hood. I'm planning to experiment with various alternative intakes and spacers on the dyno. Given that I have sort of a low lift camshaft, I don't think I need the flow from this intake.
I laid a MW gasket on a standard port gasket. If the ports on the head/intake decently approximate the ports on the gaskets, it should be ok. A smaller intake port going into a larger head port shouldn't cause a disruption in the flow, but we'll find out on the dyno...
