Hmmm I think I'm gonna try hydroponic winter veggie garden. Lettuce, carrots etc
Cool! It works really well as long as you have a good high quality light system. You don't even need the hydroponic part and just use good quality soil in planters if the lighting is right.

I did it as a Science Fair project when I was in High School. Fed the entire family fresh veggies all Winter and took first place in the Botany Division at the county science fair too! I also did a bunch of stuff with plant growth regulators and grew double and triple size plants. Gibberillic acid is amazing stuff...
