Good god man! 1" !?? How thick is that Radiator?? I installed a Champion 3 row that lists as 2.75" think. I had 2 3/8" clearance between rad and face of water pump pulley. I haven't started the motor yet, but am forced to run a flex fan at this point (Derale HP fan). My other BIG obstruction is an AC compressor from Classic Air. The front of it sticks out the same as the water pump. The flex fan may/may not provide adequate cooling here in TX. We'll see.
