12's from a 340 naturally aspirated.

Some years ago I set up a 340 that had been bored +.030, otherwise stock bottom end. Ported J heads, MP intake, hydraulic Comp cam, headers, 4.30s, 8" convertor. Best was 12.08 @ 109. Car was all steel except hood. The whole situation is/was not one I'm happy with, but it takes good work, good parts, and some know-how and it's not hard to do.
