With a strong 400 and 275/60-15 tires or less, she will annihilate the tires, so it won't much matter. As a streeter even a 2bbl will be strong to 60 mph, which will be 5700rpm in 1st, with 28s.

452 is not a closed chamber head. Any good 750 will feed that engine well. Remember you have a shorter stroke than most brand X small blocks so it will want to wind up!
