Need help with SBP Kelsey-Hayes rotors

Please can someone tell me why the caliper piston dust boots are rubbing on the hub part of the rotor? I bought new Bendix rotors, used the factory caliper to spindle mount bolts and dont know why the caliper is so close to the rotor. Do I need to buy the expensive restoration rotors from Jims auto parts? Bought brake assemblies off car. Any help would be very appreciated as this is the only issue from finishing the front end rebuild on my Dart.
