And in the end...his/her ad will still be at the top of the list and the "old ad" will also remain in the "closed" status. So the number of times that the same (similar) ad will appear will multiply over time.
Also not exactly. Although that's why I was contemplating having them close 30 days from when they were made.

That thread was started April 13, 2015 -- It was apparently sold somewhere near that time. A few weeks ago, a new member found the ad and dragged it back up to the top. One of our mods had to go in and mark it sold. This change prevents that.
Personally, I think if something doesn't sell within a month -- then maybe the member needs to rewrite the ad. Maybe add some more photos, change the price, whatever to make it more sellable.
